Our team-based approach to client service is unique in that each member of the deal team is deeply experienced in the market they cover, and overall responsibility for a successful outcome is shared among the entire deal team. This focus on market knowledge flattens the learning curve and minimizes the distraction imposed on the client, freeing management to run the business while we run the deal.
Every assignment is led by a managing director with deep and longstanding experience in the client's market. A vice president manages the transaction process, supported by an associate and a research analyst. The firm's two principals personally oversee every transaction, and with the rest of the deal team assume responsibility for achieving the client's objectives. Throughout the transaction process, every client has unfettered access to the entire team and is encouraged to address any issues that arise during a transaction on a 24/7 basis.
