Acquisition by Education Enrichment Resources, Inc. Includes Sunburst Software Brand

Education Enrichment Resources, Inc. (EERI), a provider of supplemental technology, teaching materials and supplies to education institutions, announced its acquisition of Educational Resources and Sunburst Software from Thayer|Hidden Creek. Top reseller Educational Resources and leading educational publisher Sunburst Software are headquartered in Elgin, IL. Both of these leading education-focused brands will be retained and new products and services will continue to be developed and marketed under them.
