Jon is a Managing Director at Berkery Noyes with over 15 years of healthcare investment banking experience. He specializes in advising companies that deliver technology-enabled solutions to healthcare providers, healthcare payors, life sciences companies and healthcare consumers. His areas of focus include revenue cycle management, clinical information systems, practice management software, and Software-as-a-Service ("SaaS") businesses. Previously, Jon worked in the healthcare investment banking groups at Banc of America Securities, Lane Berry, and Bear Stearns. Jon has worked on many notable transactions and has advised leading healthcare companies including TriZetto, EK Health, WorldDoc, SSC, A.D.A.M., Aveta Health, Express Scripts, and NexCura. Jon received a BA from Clark University and an MBA from Columbia Business School. He holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
