Bryan is a Vice President of Berkery Noyes. He was named to that position in October 2009, and over his tenure at the firm, has worked on a wide variety of transactions in the information & technology sectors. He joined the firm in 2006 from KPMG's Transaction Services Practice, where he focused on providing mergers, acquisitions and co-investment advisory services to financial and strategic buyers from a broad spectrum of industries, including, consumer products, industrial products, healthcare, aerospace, B2B and others.
Since joining Berkery Noyes, he has worked on several notable transactions including: the sale of Versa Systems to Iron Data; the sale of Discovery Logic to Thomson Reuters; the sale of Tradeware to SS&C; the sale of Ten Speed Press to Random House; the sale of Salem Press to EBSCO Publishing; the sale of HighBeam Research to Gale; the sale of UpToDate to Wolters Kluwer; the sale of Harris Connect to The Wicks Group; the sale of Princeton Media Associates to HMP Communications and ACCME; the sale of HCPro Holdings, Inc to Halyard Capital; the sale of Dydacomp to Milestone Partners; the sale of The Gordian Group to The Wicks Group; the sale of Mobeon AB to Ericsson; and the sale of NameProtect to Corporation Service Company.
Bryan holds an A.B. cum laude in Economics from Harvard University.
