Jeff joined Berkery Noyes in 2008 and currently serves as a Vice President focused on the education and media industries. Jeff joined the firm from Capstone Partners, a boutique M&A investment bank where he focused on providing investment banking services to companies in the business services sector, with a focus on post-secondary education and professional training. His recent investment banking experience includes the divesture of the business units of Ascend Media Holdings, Rockbridge Partners purchase of Northcentral University, Baran Institute’s sale to Lincoln Educational Services, and Leeds Equity Partners purchase of the ExLibris Group. Jeff began his career as an analyst for Rational Software, a Boston-based software company later acquired by IBM. He holds a B.A. from Tufts University.
