John T. Shea

John joined Berkery Noyes in 2001 as Chief Operating Officer with responsibility for managing all of the Company’s day-to-day operations. Since joining Berkery Noyes, John has helped oversee its expansion into new segments of the information and media industry. John's over thirty years of broad financial experience, in addition to his extensive operational experience, equip him to not only enhance our service to clients, but it adds substantial experience to evaluating, negotiating and financing large transactions. John has considerable experience on both the buy side and sell side of transactions. Prior to joining Berkery Noyes, John was Senior Managing Director-Private Equity at Wafra Partners, L.P. Prior to joining Wafra, John was Senior Vice President with Lambert Brussels Capital Corporation responsible for principal investments. John started his career at Citibank, N.A. where he worked in a variety of lending positions. Over the years, John has served on numerous Boards of Directors in conjunction with his financial markets activities. John graduated from Boston College School of Management with a degree in accounting and completed his MBA at Boston College Graduate School of Management with a finance concentration.
